There’s something for everyone at The Arc

In partnership with the NHS, Vita Health Group provide Talking Therapy services to adults 16+ who live and are registered with a GP in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Suitable for people who experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression, anxiety or a lack of motivation.

There is no need to visit your GP as you can self refer via their website and the service is free and confidential.

NHS run clinic for pulmonary and respiratory rehabilitation. Suitable for people with respiratory conditions and long Covid. Referral is via your GP or Consultant.

Weekly, Mondays 12.45-4.30 & Wednesdays 9-5

Looking for a fun exercise class? The Arc Community Hub is home to Clubbercise Loughborough classes! Join Clubbercise and exercise with a difference.

Clubbercise classes are 45 minutes long and are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits.

A fusion of fun dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Wednesday at 7.45pm.
