In partnership with the NHS, Vita Health Group provide Talking Therapy services to adults 16+ who live and are registered with a GP in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Suitable for people who experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression, anxiety or a lack of motivation.

There is no need to visit your GP as you can self refer via their website and the service is free and confidential.

NHS run clinic for pulmonary and respiratory rehabilitation. Suitable for people with respiratory conditions and long Covid. Referral is via your GP or Consultant.

Weekly, Mondays 12.45-4.30 & Wednesdays 9-5

Beginners Mat Based Pilates Exercise Classes in Loughborough at The Arc Community Hub.

The classes are on Tuesdays at 2.45pm, Wednesdays at 5.30pm and 6.30pm, Thursdays at 10am and on Fridays at 6pm. Each class lasts an hour, with plenty of movement. We work on building strength, flexibility and mobility through the principles of Pilates, and use exercise to enhance your lifestyle and to help you move more easily. 

With some mindful relaxation at the end of each class, lots of stretches and work around balance, Stretch Balance Pilates works with you to ensure you get as much out of each class as you can. Pilates is for everyone, and these beginners Mat Based Pilates classes are a great way to get started on your Pilates journey.

The classes are small and numbers are restricted to ensure your experience is great, and all equipment is provided when needed. Make sure to wear regular exercise clothing so you feel comfortable, and be ready to feel fabulous at the end of each class.
