Hello and Happy New Year!

Firstly we would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year!

We have some new additions at The Arc for 2025. Rise & Shine Baby Yoga will be starting on 7th January. Please contact Catherine on 07398190008 if you would like to attend with your little one. 
Did you attend the Soundbath during Wellbeing Week in October? Love & Light Loughborough will be back with monthly Soundbaths starting 16th January at 9.30am. Contact them on 07886461713 to book. 
We have a new yoga class starting on 17th January at 7.15pm, Yoga with Rashmi. Please text Rashmi on 07789747834 to book. 

2025 will also see Warhammer Club return on 11th January, email to book your place and the Pop Up Pub will be back on 1st February.
